Crafted from 16oz imported high-weight denim, this fabric is spun from premium cotton with a high twist count, ensuring both fabric strength and dye purity. The classic denim twill weave is precisely calibrated to achieve high density while retaining just the right amount of softness, avoiding stiffness. The warp and weft yarns are arranged at a density far exceeding that of ordinary denim, resulting in exceptional tear strength and abrasion resistance.

This custom-dyed French indigo fabric uses a matching color scheme. Dyeing engineers repeatedly refine the indigo formula, precisely controlling the dyeing temperature, duration, and oxidation cycles. Through multiple layers of repeated dyeing, they simulate the gradation of color imparted by time.

The lining is filled with 400D washed cotton, with pre-washed cotton batting as the filling. The crucial "pre-wash" process removes the "new" feel and stiffness of the cotton batting, giving it a soft, fluffy, and slightly aged feel from the start.
