The fabric utilizes a custom weaving, dyeing, and finishing process, with everything from yarn selection to dyeing custom-made to brand standards. The 400g polar fleece requires a balanced balance of loft and drape, with warp and weft density optimized to ensure consistent thickness, wind resistance, and warmth.
Color fastness control: Eco-friendly reactive dyes are used in the dyeing process, and five washes are tested to ensure zero color deviation, achieving the purity of highly saturated hues like peach pink and mint green.
Texture treatment: A double-brush, double-shaping process creates a rich, directional, three-dimensional texture, avoiding the bulky feel of traditional polar fleece.

All zippers and accessories are custom-made and not standard stock parts.
Zipper teeth: The YKK EXCELLA series matte coating surpasses industry standards for smoothness and durability, and the internal structure of the slider incorporates sound-absorbing silicone grease. Lanyard pendant design: The zipper and lanyard are seamlessly joined using ultrasonic cutting, and the end is adorned with a zinc alloy pendant featuring the laser-engraved MIUMIU logo. Each pendant undergoes 12 stamping and polishing processes.

The decorative embroidery is completed using a Japanese Tajima multi-needle embroidery machine.

The 3D embroidery technique begins with a flat base, then overlays a hybrid chain stitch and towel stitch technique, resulting in a raised pattern height of 1.2mm, providing a soft, non-irritating feel.
