Crafted from premium long-staple cotton, this fabric boasts a precision-tuned terry weave, boasting a weight of up to 500g. The fabric undergoes a unique double-compound finish, including washing and brushing, resulting in an exceptionally soft, fluffy, and substantial surface. The brushing process significantly reduces the inherent stiffness of pure cotton, creating a velvety, soft, and enveloping comfort. Its softness is complemented by a rich, sculpted feel and excellent drape, reflecting the premium properties of this heavyweight fabric.

Precision Washing: Using processes such as bio-enzyme washing, the fabric is effectively softened, initially removing any harshness, resulting in a softer touch and a relaxed, vintage-inspired feel.

All zippers and accessories are custom-made and not standard stock parts.

Zipper Teeth: Made from glossy YKK EXCELLA series, the smoothness and durability exceed industry standards. The internal structure of the slider is infused with sound-absorbing silicone grease. Lanyard pendant design: The zipper and lanyard are seamlessly joined using ultrasonic cutting, and the end is adorned with a zinc alloy pendant featuring the laser-engraved MIUMIU logo. Each pendant undergoes 12 stamping and polishing processes.

The decorative embroidery is completed using a Japanese Tajima multi-needle embroidery machine.

The 3D embroidery technique begins with a flat embroidery base, then overlays a hybrid chain stitch and towel stitch technique, resulting in a raised pattern height of 1.2mm, providing a soft, non-irritating feel.
