The collar features a classic brown corduroy lapel, an adjustable drawstring at the hem, and the drawstring buckle is customizable to match the body material. The 3D pattern is created using imported machine-made quilting. The zipper and clasp are custom-made, and the patch letters are cut using a custom original garment die. The die is first sewn, the shape is hand-cut, and then sewn along the edges. The fabric is washed and laminated to create a fleece effect. The cuffs are dyed with sand-dyed ribbed warp to match the original pattern. The classic wide fit is perfect for layering in fall and winter, and the lightweight, warm fabric is also available.
